With Alice Grooming - Terms & Conditions
Welcome to With Alice Grooming. By booking a grooming appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Health & Vaccinations
All dogs must be in good health and have up-to-date vaccinations. Please advise us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment.
2. Behaviour & Safety
The safety and comfort of every dog is our priority. If your dog becomes anxious or aggressive, grooming may be stopped or modified. Humane muzzles may be used when necessary for safety.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) may incur a $30 fee. Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee. Early arrivals are asked not to approach the grooming area while another dog is being groomed.
4. Grooming & Coat Condition
De-matting and flea treatments may incur extra fees. Heavily matted coats may require shaving to prevent discomfort or skin issues. The groomer will act in the best interest of your dog.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment is due at the completion of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. Refunds or re-grooms are provided only where required under Australian Consumer Law or where services were not performed with due care and skill.
6. Liability
While every care is taken, With Alice Grooming is not liable for pre-existing conditions, injury, or loss arising from normal grooming processes. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Veterinary Care
If emergency treatment is needed, we may seek veterinary care on your behalf. All costs will be the responsibility of the owner.
8. Photography & Social Media
We may share photos of dogs we groom on our website and social media channels. Please notify us if you prefer not to have your dog’s image used.
9. Privacy
Client information is used only for booking and service purposes and is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
